2PC 2000 PSI Seal Welded Ball Valves Firesafe
A fire-safe, seal-welded two-piece ball valve rated to 2000 PSI WOG for general and oil & gas service.
This two piece ZQV ball valve is engineered for high-pressure isolation across a 1/4" to 2" size range, with a maximum allowable operating pressure of 2000 PSI WOG. The ASTM A351 CF8M (stainless) / ASTM A216 WCB (carbon steel) body carries an ASTM A182 F316 stainless steel ball and ASTM A182 F316 stainless steel stem, sealing against Reinforced PTFE (RPTFE) seats for reliable, low-torque quarter-turn operation. Threaded NPT (ASME B1.20.1) connections and a full port bore make it well suited to general service, air, water and oil & gas duty. The seal-welded body construction eliminates external leak paths for added integrity under pressure. A fire-safe design adds secondary metal-to-metal sealing for security during a fire event.
