Valve selection and sizing
Tell us the duty - media, pressure, temperature, line size, end connection, how often it cycles - and we'll tell you which valve type suits it and which ones won't. If a cheaper option will do the job, we'll say so.
Material and standards advice
Choosing between carbon steel, stainless, ductile iron or bronze for a given service, and making sure what you install meets the standard you're being held to - API, AWWA, ASME, NACE, WaterMark, UL/FM. If your spec calls for it, we'll confirm before you order, not after.
Actuation and automation
Torque calculations and actuator sizing for pneumatic and electric operation, including accessories and control packages. Sized properly, so the valve actually closes against the pressure it will see in service.
Documentation and certification
Datasheets, material and mill certificates, test reports and compliance documentation. If your project handover needs a paper trail, tell us early and we'll build the pack alongside the order.
Spares and cross-referencing
Got a valve in the plant with a worn seat and no supplier? Send us the tag, the nameplate or a photo. We'll identify the spares, or cross-reference it to an equivalent we can supply from stock.
Troubleshooting
Valve leaking, seizing or wearing out faster than it should? Walk us through it. Often the problem isn't the valve - it's the wrong valve for the duty, and the fix is a change in type or material, not another replacement.
Project and package support
Valve schedules, take-offs, tagging and staged delivery against your program. For project work we'd rather be involved at the schedule stage than quoting line items in isolation.
