3PC Stainless Steel Threaded Ball Valves 3000 PSI
A three-piece stainless steel threaded ball valve rated to 3000 PSI WOG with full or reduced port options.
This three piece ZQV ball valve is engineered for high-pressure isolation across a 1/2" to 2" size range, with a maximum allowable operating pressure of 3000 PSI WOG. The ASTM A351 CF8M stainless steel (A105 / LF2 carbon options) body carries an ASTM A182 F316 stainless steel ball and ASTM A182 F316 stainless steel stem, sealing against Delrin / PEEK seats for reliable, low-torque quarter-turn operation. Threaded NPT (ASME B1.20.1) connections and a full port / reduced port bore make it well suited to general service, air, water and oil & gas duty. A fire-safe design adds secondary metal-to-metal sealing for security during a fire event.
