5 Valve Manifold
A five-valve manifold adding two vent/test ports to the block-and-equalise function for full DP transmitter service.
The five-valve manifold extends the three-valve arrangement with two additional vent and calibration ports, giving the technician everything needed to isolate, equalise, bleed and test a differential-pressure transmitter in place. Every needle seats a tapered tip into a small metal seat for the fine flow regulation and tight isolation that instrument hook-ups require. By consolidating five functions into one rigid body it shortens impulse lines, removes fittings and speeds commissioning and recalibration of DP cells.
