API 6D three-piece forged steel floating ball valve, Class 300, for reliable isolation on demanding pipelines.
This three-piece floating ball valve combines a forged steel body with a floating ball that seals against the downstream seat under line pressure to provide tight shut-off. The three-piece construction allows in-line maintenance and seat replacement without removing the valve body from the pipeline. Rated from ANSI Class 150 to Class 1500 in sizes from 2 to 40 inches, it is offered in WCB and LCB carbon steel and CF8 and CF8M stainless steel, with lever, gearbox, electric or pneumatic operation for manual or automated control.
