An API 6D forged steel trunnion mounted ball valve with a bolted three piece body, full or reduced bore, in sizes from 2 inch to 40 inch and Class 150 to 2500.
The API Forged Steel Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve is a full bore, three piece bolted body valve built to API 6D for high integrity isolation in oil and gas and process pipelines. Forged bodies in A105, F304 or F316 give strength and corrosion resistance, while the trunnion mounted ball design keeps operating torque low even at higher pressures. It is available in sizes from 2 inch to 40 inch and pressure classes from 150 to 2500, with full or reduced port configurations. Operation options include lever, gearbox, electric actuator and pneumatic actuator to suit manual or automated control.
