Cast Steel Bolted Bonnet Flanged Globe Valves
A flanged cast steel globe valve with a bolted bonnet for reliable throttling across general process and utility service.
The Cast Steel Bolted Bonnet Flanged Globe Valve is a workhorse regulating valve for oil and gas, petrochemical, power and general process plants. The bolted bonnet permits straightforward maintenance and reseating, while the disc-onto-seat element gives the accurate flow control characteristic of globe valves, trading a higher pressure drop for fine regulation. Cast steel WCB, A105N, low-temperature LCC/LF2 and stainless CF8M/316/316L bodies cover Class 150 to 1500 with flanged raised-face and RTJ ends in sizes from 2 inch to 24 inch. Designed to BS 1873 and API 623 and tested to API 598, it is suited to throttling, bypass and regulating duties on liquid, gas and steam lines.
