Cast Steel Needle Valve

A carbon-steel-bodied needle valve for fine flow regulation and isolation on general industrial and instrument service.

Overview

The cast steel needle valve pairs a rugged A216 WCB body with a stainless tapered needle to give fine flow regulation and tight isolation on steam, oil and general industrial lines. The needle seats into a small integral seat, throttling flow smoothly and shutting off cleanly for gauge protection and instrument hook-ups. The carbon-steel body carries higher line pressures and temperatures than a brass equivalent, making it a durable choice for plant instrument and sampling points.
