Casting Steel Seal-Welded Ball Valves 6000WOG
A cast-steel seal-welded ball valve rated to 6000 PSI WOG for high-pressure isolation.
This two piece ZQV ball valve is engineered for high-pressure isolation across a 1/4" to 2" size range, with a maximum allowable operating pressure of 6000 PSI WOG. The Cast carbon steel ASTM A216 WCB (CF8M stainless option) body carries an ASTM A182 F316 stainless steel ball and ASTM A182 F316 stainless steel stem, sealing against Delrin / PEEK seats for reliable, low-torque quarter-turn operation. Threaded NPT (ASME B1.20.1) connections and a full port bore make it well suited to general service, air, water and oil & gas duty. The seal-welded body construction eliminates external leak paths for added integrity under pressure.
