Class 800LB Carbon Steel Threaded Ball Valve
A Class 800 carbon steel threaded ball valve for general and oil & gas isolation service.
This two piece ZQV ball valve is engineered for high-pressure isolation across a 1/4" to 4" size range, with a maximum allowable operating pressure of ANSI Class 800 (2000 PSI WOG). The Carbon steel ASTM A105 (A182 F316 / F304 stainless options) body carries an ASTM A182 F316 stainless steel ball and ASTM A182 F316 stainless steel stem, sealing against Reinforced PTFE (RPTFE) seats for reliable, low-torque quarter-turn operation. Threaded NPT (ASME B1.20.1) connections and a full port / reduced port bore make it well suited to general service, air, water and oil & gas duty. A fire-safe design adds secondary metal-to-metal sealing for security during a fire event.
