Overview

The Ductile Iron Threaded Oilpatch Ball Valve is a rugged two-piece floating ball valve engineered for hydrocarbon isolation duty on wellheads, oil-patch manifolds and oilfield production lines. Machined from Ductile Iron DI with a 400 series stainless steel ball and 400 series stainless steel stem, the valve seals against RPTFE seats to deliver tight bubble-tight shut-off across a working range of 1000 PSI (WOG) - 2000 PSI(WOG). Available in 1" to 4" sizes with Threaded ASME B1.20.1 NPT / API 5B LP end connections and full port/ reduced port bore options, it offers the corrosion resistance and pressure containment demanded by upstream oil and gas service, with a temperature capability of -46°C to 232°C (-50°F to 450°F). Designed to ASME B16.34, MSS SP-110, API 6D, API 608 and tested to MSS-SP72, API 598, it provides dependable, low-torque on/off control for crude, produced water, gas and general field media.
