EJ02 Thread End Rubber Expansion Joint
A threaded-end rubber expansion joint that absorbs movement and compensates for thermal expansion in piping systems.
The EJ02 expansion joint is a flexible rubber bellow fitted with female threaded cast iron union ends, designed to permit endwise movement that compensates for the expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes. It also absorbs axial compression and extension along with lateral movement, helping to relieve stress on pipework, pumps and fittings. The EPDM rubber bellow is reinforced with nylon tyre cord and finished with galvanised cast iron unions for a durable, easy-to-install connection.
