A forged steel bellows-sealed globe valve delivering zero stem leakage for hazardous small-bore throttling service.
The Forged Bellow Sealed Globe Valve unites a strong forged body with a welded metal bellows stem seal to all but eliminate fugitive emissions on hazardous, toxic, flammable or high-temperature media. The bellows forms a hermetic barrier around the stem with a gland as a secondary seal, while the disc-and-seat element throttles and regulates flow with the precision globe valves are known for, accepting their characteristic higher pressure drop. Forged A105N, LF2, chrome-moly F11/F22 and F304/F316 stainless bodies cover Class 150 to 1500 with socket weld, butt weld and flanged ends in sizes from 1/2 inch to 4 inch. Designed to BS 1873 / API 623 and tested to API 598, it is ideal for emission-critical small-bore lines.
