Forged Bronze Globe Valve

The forged bronze globe valve uses a disc that seats squarely onto a horizontal seat to give precise throttling and regulating control of flow. Forged bronze construction resists corrosion in seawater, fresh water and mild chemical media, making it a dependable choice for marine, HVAC and general utility lines. As with all globe valves the linear seating action delivers excellent flow control and tight shut-off, at the cost of a higher pressure drop than a gate valve. A rising stem and handwheel give clear visual indication of valve position and smooth operation across the full travel.
