A forged stainless steel gate valve delivering corrosion-resistant on/off isolation for aggressive chemical and process media.
The Forged Stainless Steel Gate Valve is machined from austenitic stainless forgings (316 / 316L / CF8M) to resist corrosion from aggressive chemical, food, pharmaceutical and process media. It performs purely as an on/off isolation valve, using a flexible wedge and rising stem to seal a full-bore flow path with minimal turbulence, and should not be throttled. The all-stainless construction extends service life in wetted, acidic or hygienic environments where carbon steel would corrode.
