Full Bore Threaded Ball Valve 5000 PSI
A full-bore threaded ball valve rated to 5000 PSI WOG for unrestricted high-pressure flow.
This two piece ZQV ball valve is engineered for high-pressure isolation across a 1/4" to 4" size range, with a maximum allowable operating pressure of 5000 PSI WOG. The ASTM A105 carbon steel (A182 F316 / F304 stainless options) body carries an ASTM A182 F316 stainless steel ball and ASTM A182 F316 stainless steel stem, sealing against Reinforced PTFE (RPTFE) seats for reliable, low-torque quarter-turn operation. Threaded NPT (ASME B1.20.1) connections and a full port (full bore) bore make it well suited to general service, air, water and oil & gas duty. A fire-safe design adds secondary metal-to-metal sealing for security during a fire event.
