Overview

This two piece ZQV ball valve is engineered for high-pressure isolation across a 1/4" to 2" size range, with a maximum allowable operating pressure of 2000 PSI WOG. The ASTM A105 carbon steel (hex bar stock) body carries an ASTM A182 F316 stainless steel ball and ASTM A182 F316 stainless steel stem, sealing against Reinforced PTFE (RPTFE) seats for reliable, low-torque quarter-turn operation. Threaded NPT (ASME B1.20.1) connections and a standard / reduced port bore make it well suited to general service, air, water and oil & gas duty.
