An investment-cast screwed gate valve giving precise, smooth-finished on/off isolation for small-bore threaded piping.
The Investment Casting Screwed Gate Valve is produced by the lost-wax investment-casting process, yielding precise dimensions and a smooth internal finish that reduces turbulence and improves sealing. Fitted with screwed (threaded) ends, it isolates small-bore lines with a rising stem and wedge sealing a full-bore opening, and is intended only for fully-open or fully-closed operation. The investment-cast body, typically in stainless or carbon steel, suits utility, instrument and light-process service where a clean, accurate casting is preferred over a forging.
