This non-rising-stem gate valve is built to BS5163 with a solid wedge and welded seat-and-wedge sealing for durable metal-to-metal shut-off on water mains. The ductile iron body carries brass seat rings, a stainless steel stem and an EPDM body gasket, and is finished in a heavy FBE coating (minimum 250 microns) to RAL7004 for long buried or exposed service life. Covering DN50 to DN600, it is a dependable isolation valve for municipal water and distribution networks.
