Multiport Gauge Valve

A multiport gauge valve combining gauge isolation, a vent and a test connection in one needle-trimmed block.

Overview

The multiport gauge valve gathers gauge isolation, venting and a calibration/test connection into a single needle-trimmed body, replacing a cluster of fittings at the gauge root. A tapered needle seats into a small integral seat for fine flow regulation and tight isolation, letting a technician isolate, bleed and check a pressure gauge without disturbing the process line. The consolidated multiport block shortens the hook-up, removes leak paths and speeds gauge replacement and recalibration.
