Overview

The ZQV Power Station Gate Valve is built for the demanding conditions of thermal power plants, providing reliable on/off isolation across main steam, feedwater and boiler header lines. Its pressure-seal bonnet construction grows tighter as system pressure rises, while a flexible or solid wedge ensures full-bore, low-resistance shut-off when fully open. Hardfaced seating surfaces and chrome-moly body materials resist erosion, thermal cycling and creep at elevated temperatures, making the valve well suited to critical utility isolation duties.
