Overview

The ZQV Pressure-Seal Bonnet Gate Valve uses a self-energising bonnet joint in which rising line pressure forces the seal ring tighter against the body, eliminating the leakage paths common to bolted-bonnet designs at high pressures. Acting as a straightforward on/off isolation valve, it opens to a full bore for unrestricted flow and closes on a hardfaced wedge for bubble-tight shut-off. The compact, high-integrity bonnet makes it a preferred choice for steam, hydrocarbon and high-pressure process lines where reliability and minimal maintenance are essential.
