Compact forged steel gate valve combining a self-energising pressure-seal bonnet with screwed-end connections for high-pressure small-bore isolation.
The ZQV Pressure-Sealing Screwed Gate Valve pairs a forged steel body with a self-energising pressure-seal bonnet, giving leak-tight performance on small-bore, high-pressure lines without the bulk of a bolted-bonnet design. Threaded or socket-weld ends suit instrument, drain, vent and auxiliary piping, while the full-bore wedge provides positive on/off isolation. Rising line pressure energises the bonnet seal, so sealing integrity actually improves as conditions become more severe, making the valve ideal for steam, hydraulic and high-pressure process branch lines.
