Overview

This resilient-seated gate valve uses a fully rubber-encapsulated ductile iron wedge that seals against a smooth, unobstructed bore, giving drip-tight closure and a clear full-bore flow path when open. The gland-type, non-rising-stem design with a replaceable O-ring seal keeps maintenance simple, while heavy fusion-bonded epoxy coating (minimum 250 microns, RAL5017) inside and out protects it for buried and exposed water duties. Built to DIN3352, EN1171 and EN1074 across DN50 to DN600 at 25 bar working pressure.
