Seal Welded Ball Valve 2000PSI (138 Bar)
A seal-welded ball valve rated to 2000 PSI WOG (138 bar) for leak-tight threaded isolation.
This two piece ZQV ball valve is engineered for high-pressure isolation across a 1/4" to 4" size range, with a maximum allowable operating pressure of 2000 PSI WOG (138 bar). The ASTM A351 CF8M (stainless) / ASTM A216 WCB (carbon steel) body carries an ASTM A182 F316 stainless steel ball and ASTM A182 F316 stainless steel stem, sealing against Reinforced PTFE (RPTFE) seats for reliable, low-torque quarter-turn operation. Threaded NPT (ASME B1.20.1) connections and a full port bore make it well suited to general service, air, water and oil & gas duty. The seal-welded body construction eliminates external leak paths for added integrity under pressure.
