T Type Globe Valve

The T-type globe valve uses the conventional straight-through, perpendicular T-pattern body in which the disc seats onto a horizontal seat across the centre of the flow path. This arrangement gives the precise throttling and dependable shut-off that globe valves are known for and suits the broadest range of general industrial duties. The T pattern is the most widely used globe configuration, balancing flow control against a moderate pressure drop. A rising stem and handwheel give clear position indication and smooth operation through the full stroke.
