Threaded Carbon Steel Oilfield Floating Ball Valve
A threaded carbon steel floating ball valve for oilfield service rated to 5000 PSI WOG.
This two piece ZQV ball valve is engineered for high-pressure isolation across a 1" to 4" size range, with a maximum allowable operating pressure of 3000 PSI to 5000 PSI WOG. The ASTM A105 / AISI 4130 carbon steel body carries an 400 series stainless steel ball and 400 series stainless steel stem, sealing against Delrin / PEEK seats for reliable, low-torque quarter-turn operation. Threaded NPT (ASME B1.20.1) / API 5B LP connections and a full port / reduced port bore make it well suited to general service, air, water and oil & gas duty.
