Overview

This two piece ZQV ball valve is engineered for high-pressure isolation across a 1" to 4" size range, with a maximum allowable operating pressure of 1000 PSI to 2000 PSI WOG. The Ductile iron (DI) body carries an 400 series stainless steel ball and 400 series stainless steel stem, sealing against Reinforced PTFE (RPTFE) seats for reliable, low-torque quarter-turn operation. Threaded NPT (ASME B1.20.1) / API 5B LP connections and a full port / reduced port bore make it well suited to general service, air, water and oil & gas duty.
