Wafer Butterfly Valve
Compact wafer-type butterfly valve for quarter-turn on/off and throttling control in space-restricted piping.
The ZQV Wafer Butterfly Valve uses a quarter-turn disc to control flow within a short, lightweight body that clamps directly between two pipe flanges, making it ideal where space and weight are at a premium. A single 90-degree rotation moves the disc from fully open to fully closed, giving fast operation for both isolation and throttling duties. The resilient seat liner forms a bubble-tight seal around the disc and bore, while the wafer design lowers installation cost and simplifies maintenance on water, HVAC, air and general process services.
