Overview

The ZQV Welded Elbow is a butt-weld pipe fitting used to change the direction of a pipeline, available in 45-degree and 90-degree long- and short-radius patterns to suit different layout and flow requirements. Manufactured from seamless or welded steel and bevelled for butt welding, it forms a permanent, leak-free joint that matches the strength of the connecting pipe and presents a smooth internal bore for minimal flow resistance. It is widely used in process, oil and gas, power and structural piping where reliable directional changes are required.
